Iririki has long been a favourite for romantic breaks and is often called the 'Island of Romance'. The resort has been recently refurbished and offers relaxed elegance.

There are 70 rooms on this private island in Port Vila Harbour (three minutes from town on a free 24hr ferry) and it has all facilities you would expect from a quality resort including swimming pool, bars, room service, watersports and the signature restaurant, Michener's. Guests may also dine at the Watermark Restaurant or the Sunset Café & Bar at Snorkeller's Cove Resort on the other side of the island.

The resort also features Spa Frangipani for a range of beauty services including facials, massages, waxing and nails. This part of the resort has a no children policy but adult guests are welcome anywhere on the island.

Snorkeller's Cove is a new family resort, opened in 2006. Offering 62 Deluxe Rooms and Penthouses with spas on the balconies, facilities include tennis courts, a gymnasium and huge pool with cascades and swim-up bar.

Our View:
It sort of feels like an adults only 'club' and is only a short ferry ride to the contrasting bustle of town. Mind you, the whole of Port Vila 'bustles' on relaxed island time. The new Snorkeller's Cove resort, while a family resort, will still suit discerning couples.
