Mangoes was one of the first resorts to adopt a 'no children policy' when it opened a few years ago.

Set high on the ridge above Erakor Lagoon there are 20 tasteful appointed, detached bungalows, two swimming pools and a charming restaurant. Couples may also choose to dine in their bungalow or on their balcony and in-house massages can be arranged.

It is a walk or a short bus ride to Vila town and there's a tour desk offering tours and activities.

Recently refurbished by enthusiastic new owners Callum and Michelle, this resort offers excellent value.
